Admission Availability
Classes open for application
Availability is reviewed class-wise for every academic session.
Primary & Middle School
Admission subject to vacancy, previous academic records and a written assessment based on the preceding class.
Secondary Entry
Requires completion of Class VIII from a recognised institution and compliance with applicable CBSE admission rules.
Senior Secondary Entry
Requires passing Class X or an equivalent recognised examination, stream counselling and a written assessment.
Direct admission restriction:
Routine direct admission is not offered in Classes X and XII.
Any exceptional transfer case will be processed only when permissible under applicable CBSE rules.
For Class IX and above, late admission after 31 August requires the permission prescribed by CBSE or the competent authority.
Written Assessment
Assessment begins from the entry class
The format becomes progressively more academic according to the class applied for.
LKG–UKG
Short age-appropriate readiness tasks involving pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, observation, recognition and fine-motor response, followed by interaction.
Classes I–V
Written assessment of language and mathematical readiness based broadly on the learning level of the preceding class.
Classes VI–IX
Written assessment may cover English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and other relevant areas from the previous class.
Class XI
Class X result review, written subject/aptitude assessment and stream counselling according to the chosen combination.
Admission Process
Clear, guided and parent-friendly
Submit an online admission enquiry or visit the school admission office.
Attend counselling and a guided campus visit.
Complete the age-appropriate written/readiness assessment and student interaction.
Submit the prescribed documents for verification.
Receive admission confirmation and complete the applicable fee formalities.
Required Documents
Keep these documents ready
- Birth certificate issued by the competent authority
- Recent passport-size photographs of the student
- Aadhaar card of the student and parents/guardians, where applicable
- Address proof
- Previous school report card for admission above LKG
- Transfer Certificate for applicable classes
- Migration certificate, where applicable
- Medical information and any other document requested by the school
Age Eligibility
CBSE does not prescribe a separate universal age for school admission. The applicable minimum and maximum age requirements are determined by the State/UT rules in force at the school’s location.
