Experiential Learning at Ballia Jaipuria School: Projects to DESHATAN

Published 10 Jul 2026 · Ballia Jaipuria School Editorial Team

Experiential learning becomes meaningful when students observe, question, create, explain and reflect. It is not simply an excursion or a decorative project; it should connect experience with clear learning outcomes.

ANUBHAV: the academic and experiential category

Ballia Jaipuria School organises assemblies, projects, exhibitions, IDP activities, fun learning, competitions, clubs and educational visits under ANUBHAV.

Projects and exhibitions

A useful project asks students to solve a problem, build a model, compare evidence or communicate an idea. Student explanation is important because it shows whether the concept is understood.

Educational visits

Visits can support geography, science, history, culture, communication and independence when they include preparation and reflection. DESHATAN 2026, the Darjeeling educational tour, is part of this wider learning approach.

Clubs and skill activities

Clubs provide recurring opportunities to practise collaboration, creativity, digital responsibility, leadership and practical skills. The value comes from regular participation, not only the final display.
